Express Post please allow up to 2-3 business days to receive your parcel after your order has been dispatched or 3-5 business days for Regular Post.
Always check your letterbox/front door for pick-up slips, as your local postal service may or may not leave your parcel in the letterbox or at the front door and you will need to collect it from your local post office. Please be aware we will not be responsible for stolen parcels. Please have a safe and secure place or letter box for parcels. If you have not received your parcel within time-frame estimation, you can check your tracking details to locate its whereabouts. If you have any concern or any suspicion of your parcel being lost, please head to the Australia Post website to file a missing parcel report or contact us to follow it up for you.

Your order will be sent internationally by Standard Air. International shipping can take from 6-21+ business days to arrive, depending on destination/customs. Always check your letterbox/front door for pick-up slips, as your local postal service may or may not leave your parcel in the letterbox or at your front door. Please be aware we will not be responsible for stolen parcels, so please ensure you have a safe and secure letterbox or place for parcels.
